To return a product to us, please follow the guidelines below. If you have a complaint about a damaged product, incorrect delivery, or similar issue, please contact us before returning the item. We don't always need defective items to be returned, so we ask you to get in touch with us if you experience any faults or deficiencies.
Exchange/Return If you wish to exchange for a different product, you will need to place a new order on the website for the size/item you want to purchase. You can conveniently return your old order when you pick up your new order at the parcel shop. A GLS return label costs 48 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.

If the item has become faulty, please send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with complaints over the phone as we require pictures of the issue to help you. Therefore, send an email with attached pictures to our email: email@example.com
